Please Read Carefully

Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer returns or replacements if the product received is damaged or has a printing/manufacturing defect.

All requests are carefully reviewed, and to process your claim, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Your order details

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.

Return Shipping & Charges

For approved cases involving damaged or defective products, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

For returns requested by customers for non-defective reasons (if accepted under exceptional cases), a reverse logistics fee of ₹150 will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
